The letter “W” is to reflect the name of the city, county, and state in which it resides: Waupaca, Waupaca County, Wisconsin. The City’s creative logo pays homage not only the location of Waupaca but also the area’s abundant natural resources and rich industrial heritage. The shades of blue in the logo reflect the lakes and rivers in the area.
