Waupaca History 101

Waupaca History 101: Our Indigenous and Immigrant Story. Learn more about Waupaca’s earliest inhabitants, and our historic and current day immigrants. This exhibit is the first chance to explore our newly digitized historic newspapers, generously fund through the Wisconsin Humanities Council, the Waupaca Library Foundation and community donors. Waupaca History 101 features traveling exhibits from UWSP, the Ho-Chunk Museum, Oshkosh Public Museum, and the Waupaca Historical Society, open October 28-December 9. Exhibits at the library are located in the lower level Exhibit Room, free and open to the public during regular library hours.
