Win-TV, the Waupaca Information Network, is the City of Waupaca’s cable Government Access TV station. Win-TV is here as a service of the City to connect the citizens of the Waupaca area with the activities of their government and community.
How to Watch
There are several ways you can watch Win-TV. We are available on Spectrum Cable Channel 991. All of Win-TV’s locally produced programming is also available on our YouTube Channel.
Programming We Provide
Win-TV strives to have a balance of different types of programming. While our focus is local you will find other general interest programming that may be of interest to the area. Our programming is made up of coverage of government meetings, department events, community events, public affairs program, classic TV programming, Community Calendar, and general interest programs.
