The City of Waupaca has selected Kaylee Boltz as its next Parks and Recreation director. Boltz succeeds Laura Colbert who transitioned to the City Administrator position. Boltz is originally from Waupaca, worked as a lifeguard at South Park Beach in the summers, and has been in the fitness and Parks and Rec world ever since. She currently lives in Boulder, Colorado, and will be relocating back to Waupaca to start her new position on November 2nd.
