To request an inspection, please login to SmartGov, go to My Portal > My Applications > Active.
Find the permit you wish to schedule an inspection for, click on it and scroll down to the “Inspections” section, expand that section and click “REQUEST INSPECTION” on the particular inspection needed. Fill out the form.
