Fulton Street Public Information Meeting

The City of Waupaca is planning a roadway and utility construction project along Fulton Street, from Hillcrest Drive to Main Street. Construction is anticipated to begin in spring 2027 and conclude in late fall 2027. We are currently in the planning and design phase and welcome your input.  The City of Waupaca will hold a Public Information Meeting (PIM) to discuss proposed improvements along Fulton Street. The meeting is scheduled as follows:

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public about the planned project scope, schedule, and potential impacts, and to gather feedback from residents, property owners, and other interested parties.

All members of the public are encouraged to attend. City staff and project representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments.
